As Head of IT, you will be responsible for managing the internal IT operations of IMP and making sure our business data is secure and we are a compliance focused organisation. You will oversee all aspects of internal operations, including operational cybersecurity, asset management, data management and cloud application management, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and growth plans. You will work closely with the executive team and department leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the business. You will have a clear vision for the IT department and its role in enabling business success and will report to the COO and work closely with our CTO and the wider business to ensure we’re able to work effectively and securely as a remote team. This is a high-impact leadership role, pivotal to the company’s operational resilience and future-readiness, and you will collaborate closely with the executive team to shape and evolve the company’s digital operations.

We’re looking for a Head of Design to shape the future of product design at IMP. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing SaaS environment and is passionate about solving complex user problems through elegant design. You’ll lead our design practice, build the Design team, mentor our other designers, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences across our platform.

IMP Software is scaling our development team by 2x while expanding our platform to serve significant new use cases. We need a Architect who can help us maintain delivery velocity as we grow while ensuring we have a platform fit for the complexity ahead. Key challenges of the role include judicious modularisation for improved parallel development and measuring and developing technical quality. You'll be a natural mentor who can guide teams toward sound architectural decisions while building their collective capability to handle complex challenges independently. We value the empowerment of cohesive distributed decision making over centralisation, and a focus on evolutionary practices over big-design-up-front. The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in architectural or similar technical leadership roles, with demonstrable success scaling and maturing technical platforms in growth-stage companies.

The Learning Content Specialist designs and delivers high-quality digital and media learning materials for schools and trusts, including guides, toolkits, presentations, eLearning modules, and video resources. With an education focus, the role translates complex finance and system processes into clear, engaging, and accessible content that supports diverse audiences. Working cross-functionally, the role contributes to customer onboarding, product training, and community engagement by maintaining resources in the LMS and Zendesk knowledge base. It also ensures content is structured for AI-powered help, guiding users quickly to accurate answers, and aligned with IMP Software’s values and goals.

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our team at IMP Software. Software Developers work on cross functional teams to deliver solutions such as IMP Planner and Purchasing. The successful candidate will be a collaborative developer, who takes pride not just in the pragmatism of their solutions, but the quality of their code.
