Following a fantastic two years spent developing, launching, and implementing a new best-in-class product to the MAT finance space, it’s time for IMP to continue our growth by expanding our over performing sales team. This is a fantastic sales opportunity for an individual with a desire to grow and shape their own career path whilst working with a true ‘best in class’ product. We are looking for a tenacious, self-motivated sales professional who has experience in building relationships with CFOs – ideally from selling financial solutions within the MAT sector. We’re not necessarily looking for a candidate with years and years of experience, but somebody with a great attitude, relentless ambition, unshakeable integrity and the ability to demonstrate that they are willing to go above and beyond for all of our customers. Given the potential for long term growth, the right person will be able to map their own progression and development within the business, be it sales leadership, customer success, sales execution, or coaching.

Our product solves real problems for MATs and this is at the heart of everything we do. IMP Planner enables our customers to streamline their operations whilst providing confidence in the robustness of their Strategic Financial Plans. Given that our solution changes the way that MATs can operate, it is fundamental that the candidate is able to grasp the challenges being faced by Trusts and then confidently and accurately demonstrate how IMP can make a difference – there are no bells and whistles (well – only the necessary ones!) – just good quality, innovative software that helps MATs to do more.

Skills Required

• Experience of the Education sector sales (ideally Financial Management).
• Ability to work remotely and happy to travel and/or overnight stays where necessary.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Ability to work in a small team.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to accurately forecast.
• Experience of territory management and planning.
• Eager to learn and develop.
• Comfortable running a 360 sales process.
• Capable of generating pipeline through relevant campaigns.
