Overview

Customer support is at the heart of everything that we do and we’re looking for a MAT Finance professional to join the team, to help us continue to deliver the first class support that is fundamental to everything that we do.

Over the past 20 months IMP has grown into a company that is now providing Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting Software to over 470 schools. Our solution, IMP Planner, helps MATs to produce robust and consistent financial plans whilst enabling them to accurately forecast outturns across their schools.

With the fast growth of the business we are looking for a bright, energetic person who shares our passion for systems and is motivated to ensure that customers have the best experience when contacting our support team. To excel in this role, you need to be hard working, have fantastic people skills, a good understanding of MAT financial management and a strong desire to provide an excellent service to our customers.

This will be a remote full-time role so national applications will be considered, although the South West or Peterborough areas are preferred. Term time roles will also be considered.
